have you considered eliminating all foods that taste GOOD? Because really, that's the trend I'm seeing.

I haven't had any problems with cheese yet, and I like the really aged stuff like blue cheese. I can't imagine life without feta!
That's always a fear of mine, that I may come across something that is a trigger for me. I think it would probably be rare at this point, with my daily headache type, but still, I know the feeling of not being sure if something is going to make you hurt more!!
