oh you poor thing! Maybe thats way you got sick??!
Just a thought..
Just so you don't go beserk-o and start gnawing on your shoes!
Can you tell if the special diet has made any difference with the migraines yet?
Ugh, sounds dreadful. Diets of any kind truly suck. They make you CRAVE like a maniac for anything not allowed. Come by my blog to look at the pretty pictures today. They are very colorful and may cheer you up! (no need to comment) :)
Hope you have been well. I will go read more of your posts now.
Emily,
I'm happy to tell you that you WON the drawing for a 7-11 gift card from my blog giveaway! But since you aren't eating sugar or wheat, I'm not sure what you'll find a t7-11. Unless you can still drink diet drinks. In that case, you can buy yourself a big gulp every day for a week. Congratulations@
Send me your address, and I'll mail it to you. Of course, this means that you'll have to become a regular reader and commenter from now on, right?
And guess what? I'm a BYU graduate, too. Only it's been a few years.
kimberlie -- i think it might have been part of it; my sister was also sick right before, so it may have been inevitable. thankfully, i'm over that cold/flu/whatever now. :)
mama zen - so happy to see a new face! actually, my migraines have been worse these past few days, which my homeopath said is what to expect. 'it'll get worse before it gets better!'
there's no better idea than that, right? lol.
just stumbled upon your blog (through Mama Zens) and just wanted to let you know my experience...
I too suffer from migraines, not nearly as bad as you, but I was getting 1-2 a month and they usually incapacitated me for 3-4 days at a time. My youngest daughter has food allergies-dairy, soy, and gluten, and since going off all of these (I am breastfeeding) I have not gotten one migraine!
So there may be something to this diet...I hope it brings you some relief as well!
Hey, where ARE you?? I hope you are OK! Maybe you're just shopping for the new pair of shoes for tomorrow. Yeah, that's probably it. I hope you're well.
I'm 25 - married, and recently graduated from Brigham Young University, studying music; I play piano. My husband is just starting his PhD program at the University of Utah in computer architecture.
