What's for Dinner Wednesday?
hey everybody! what's for dinner tonight? or what did you have for dinner last night? i'd looooooove to hear about it....
last night we had pasta in a garlicky red sauce; also homemade garlic bread. the garlic bread recipe was from kraft.com (a source of many easy wonderful recipes), and i overcooked them. :( most of them were burnt. but some were good, and we enjoyed those pieces. :)
tonight; LEFTOVERS! we have leftovers from the funeral potatoes and also from the roast we ate when my friends came over for dinner. fun fun, right? so tell me, what are YOU having for dinner tonight? :)

i made chicken in the crock pot with dry Italian salad dressing that was so tender it fell apart. It had a terribly unhealthy sauce made of cream cheese, cream of mush, and cheddar. I roasted veggies to go with, and everyone loved it. That never, ever, ever happens.
