Where'd you go? Sounds like lots of fun; wish I were camping this weekend.
One breakfast thing we often do is omelettes. Not as tough as it sounds. Cut up all the ingredients beforehand (except the eggs, of course). Boil water on a stove. People crack however many eggs they want into a quart-sized Freezer bag, then dump in their cheese, peppers, onions, bacon bits, etc., close the bag, smush it all up with their fingers on the outside of the bag, and drop it in the boiling water. Once the eggs solidify, it's ready to eat. So yummy, no cleanup, and everyone has exactly what they want. Plus, it's filling. Oh, and make sure you have a Sharpie, so people can write their names on the outsides of their bags so they don't get them mixed up.- 1:53 PM
